Data Deletion
Teknical Solutionz provides users with clear options to delete their data from the AI Health Coach App.
Option 1: Delete within the app (recommended)
Open the AI Health Coach App and navigate to Settings. Use the Delete All Data button to permanently delete your stored App data.
This action is intended to remove your stored App data. If you have connected wearable platforms, you can also revoke access from the provider’s connection settings to prevent future sync.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you prefer, email us from the address associated with your account and request deletion:

Subject: Data Deletion Request
Please include the email associated with your account and a brief confirmation that you want your data deleted.
Processing time
We typically confirm deletion completion by email. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Backup data, if applicable, is securely purged during normal retention cycles.
