Stop guessing.
Start knowing.
You track everything — sleep, HRV, workouts, labs, supplements — across five different apps. AI Health Coach pulls it all into one place, finds patterns only your data can reveal, and tells you exactly what to do next.
Available now on Android & iOS. Start tracking in minutes.
Sound familiar?
Apps tracking different parts of your health that never talk to each other
Lab results sitting in a PDF you glanced at once and never really understood
Actionable answers about what your data actually means together
You’re doing the hard part — tracking everything. But nobody is connecting the dots. Until now.
Your health, scored
Not another dashboard of numbers. Real scores that tell you where you stand and what to fix first.
Longevity Index
A single 0–100 score across cardiovascular, metabolic, and recovery pillars. Built from your HRV, VO2max, sleep, ApoB, fasting glucose, hsCRP, and more. Letter graded A+ to F.
Biological Age
How old your body actually is vs. your birth certificate. Computed from 8 biomarkers — or import epigenetic clock results from TruAge, Elysium, or GrimAge.
Metabolic Health Score
0–100 score from metabolic syndrome criteria: fasting glucose, HbA1c, triglycerides, HDL, and waist circumference. Updates in real time as new data comes in.
Cardiovascular Age
Your heart’s functional age based on VO2max, resting heart rate, HRV trends, and ApoB. See which factors are aging you — and which are keeping you young.
Recovery Score
Daily 0–100 readiness score combining HRV, sleep quality, soreness, stress, and training load. Know when to push hard and when to back off.
Centenarian Decathlon
Grip strength, single-leg balance, VO2max, dead hang, wall sit — the functional fitness markers that predict how well you’ll move at 80. Tracked and scored.
AI that knows your body
Not generic chatbot answers. AI grounded in your wearable data, labs, supplements, and history.
Ask AI anything
Type a health question in plain English. Get structured answers with evidence-based recommendations, red flags to watch, and questions to bring to your doctor — all using your actual data as context.
Lab interpretation
Upload a lab PDF or enter results manually. Get instant plain-English breakdowns: what’s optimal (not just “normal”), what’s trending the wrong way, and how to improve it. 57+ biomarkers tracked.
N=1 pattern detection
“Your HRV is 18% higher on mornings after 90+ min of deep sleep.” The app correlates your wearable metrics, check-ins, and supplements to find patterns unique to you.
Proactive nudges
Get alerted when your HRV drops 10%+ from baseline, your training load spikes dangerously, you’re carrying sleep debt, or your lab results are getting stale. No checking required.
Personalized recommendations, every day
Not generic advice. Specific actions based on what your data looked like this morning.
Daily action plan
Wake up to a prioritized list: “Recovery is low — swap today’s strength session for Zone 2.” “HRV trending up — good day to push intensity.” Built from last night’s sleep, your training load, and this week’s trends.
Monthly deep dive
AI-generated monthly report: what improved, what declined, which habits correlated with your best weeks, and 3 specific priorities for the next 30 days. Your personal health brief, every month.
Smart goal suggestions
The app analyzes your last 14 days and suggests the top 3 goals you should focus on — ranked by priority with explanations. “Your HRV of 35ms suggests under-recovery — sleep optimization should be priority #1.”
AI-built plans
Accept a goal and get a full evidence-based plan: daily actions, weekly schedule, which metrics to track, and what success looks like. Sleep, recovery, fat loss, fitness, stress — all covered.
Find out what actually moves the needle
You take 12 supplements, do sauna 3x/week, and fast 16 hours a day. But which of those actually matter for you? This is where most health apps stop. This is where we start.
Supplement ↔ biomarker correlation
“You started NMN 500mg/day 3 months ago. Since then, your NAD proxy markers improved 22%.” Automatic before-vs-after analysis for every supplement in your stack, matched to the biomarkers it targets.
Behavior ↔ recovery correlation
“You’re 34% more energetic on days after taking magnesium.” “Sauna sessions correlate with +12% HRV the following morning.” Pearson correlation across all your metrics — surfaced as plain-English insights.
Sleep ↔ performance patterns
“On nights with 90+ min deep sleep, your next-day HRV averages 18% higher.” The app finds your personal sleep-performance formula so you can optimize what matters most.
Protocol experiment reports
Finish an 8-week protocol and get an AI narrative: “Here’s what changed — HRV up 15%, sleep score up 8%, energy check-ins improved 0.7 points. Confidence: moderate.” Real data, not vibes.
Biomarker velocity tracking
Not just where your labs are today — which direction they’re headed. Trend lines across 3, 6, and 12 months show whether your ApoB, HbA1c, or Vitamin D is improving, declining, or flat.
Anonymous benchmarking
“Your VO2max (52) is in the 78th percentile for males aged 38–42.” Compare your key metrics to the app’s user cohort — age and sex matched — without sharing your raw data.
Connects to what you already use
Automatic sync. No manual entry. All your signals in one place.
Plus: lab PDF upload (LabCorp, Quest, etc.), genetic reports (23andMe, InsideTracker), CGM data, DEXA scans, and manual biomarker entry.
Track everything that matters
Wearables, labs, supplements, workouts, fasting, thermal therapy, and daily check-ins — all in one app.
57+ lab biomarkers
Lipids, hormones, thyroid, glucose, inflammation, vitamins, liver, kidney — with longevity-optimal ranges, not just clinical “normal.”
Supplements & protocols
Log your full stack with doses, frequency, and timing. Get interaction warnings. Run structured experiments and see AI-generated before/after reports.
Workouts & training load
Log sets, reps, and weight. Track 1RM progress. Monitor acute vs. chronic training load ratio to avoid overtraining. Zone 2 cardio tracking built in.
Fasting intelligence
Start a fast and watch your stage progress: digestive, fat burning, ketosis, autophagy, deep autophagy. Log history and see patterns over time.
Sauna & cold exposure
Log thermal sessions by type, duration, and temperature. Weekly summaries with HRV correlation analysis.
Daily check-ins
Quick 30-second daily log: mood, energy, stress, soreness, stamina. Flag confounders like travel, alcohol, or poor sleep. Build streaks.
Run real experiments on yourself
Stop wondering if your stack is working. Build a protocol, track adherence, and let AI tell you what changed.
Design
Define your protocol: supplements, training changes, nutrition, thermal therapy. Set doses, timing, and duration.
Track
Log daily adherence. The app monitors your HRV, sleep, biomarkers, and check-ins throughout the experiment.
Analyze
Get an AI-generated report: what changed, by how much, and whether it’s meaningful. Before vs. after, quantified.
Your data stays yours
AES-256 encryption
Lab values, supplement names, notes, and genetic data encrypted at rest. Biometric unlock required to view.
You control access
Connect and disconnect wearables anytime. Delete all data with one tap. Full CSV/JSON export available.
Generate time-limited, read-only links to share with your doctor or coach. No one else sees your data.
Why I’m building this
I spent years tracking everything — Garmin, bloodwork, supplements, sleep — across five different apps. When I was dealing with health issues that took too long to get answers on, I realized no tool actually connected the dots. Every app showed me data, but none of them told me what it meant.
So I built the tool I wish I had. AI Health Coach isn’t a replacement for your doctor — it’s the missing layer that takes all your signals, finds your personal patterns, and helps you ask better questions, train smarter, and stop guessing.
