These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HealthCoachApp (the “App”) and related services provided by Teknical Solutionz (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

HealthCoachApp provides wearable integrations, unified health data views, and AI-assisted insights and guidance (including suggested workout plans and ongoing analysis). The App is for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Not Medical Advice

The App does not provide medical advice and is not a medical device. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making medical decisions or changes to treatment.

3. Third-Party Integrations

The App may integrate with third-party platforms (for example, Oura, Apple HealthKit, and other wearable providers). When you connect an integration, you authorize access only to the data you approve, and you may revoke access at any time. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer, scrape data, or disrupt service functionality.

6. Data Deletion

You may delete your account and associated data at any time using the in-app “Delete All Data” feature, or by contacting us.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teknical Solutionz is not liable for any health outcomes, data inaccuracies, or third-party service interruptions arising from your use of the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
